1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Customized or bulk order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process

• Email us at johraenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the item back to us at your expense unless it was our error.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
• We will replace or refund based on the situation.
